Body Alchemy offers three options to guide you in your journey.
1:1 COACHING
This is a professional, relationship-based coaching service designed to support your body through real, lasting change. Monthly coaching is for individuals who’ve struggled with weight, energy, or recurring health issues, and are
ready. We focus on deep understanding, consistent action, and intuitive alignment with your body. You’ll learn to work with your physiology, not against it.
What’s Included:
- Weekly personalized sessions via Zoom or phone
(30–60 minutes each) - Customized nutrition plans that evolve as you do
- Structured exercise programs tailored to your abilities
- Daily support by text and email between appointments
- Practical education rooted in clinical nutrition and real-world application
- An unwavering support system devoted to helping you achieve your goals.
Please note that there is an initial 3-month commitment in order to establish your foundations.
Investment: $615 per month.

Your home is the starting point of health. What’s in your pantry, fridge, and freezer sets the tone for how you nourish yourself and your family. This is not a diet plan; its an immersive, skill-building experience to help you reclaim your kitchen where making healthy, satisfying choices becomes second nature. And everyone benefits.

Sessions are scheduled in advance
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
For returning clients who want continued support.
If you’ve completed your initial work with Body Alchemy and want to stay connected; whether for accountability, refinement, or evolving goals — this option is for you.
Clients who’ve had a session within the past 6 months are eligible to book individual 60-minute sessions. Use them as needed:
- Re-align with your goals
- Reconnect with your body
- Navigate life transitions
- Deepen your intuition and understanding
- You may purchase sessions one at a time or in advance.
- Payment is required prior to booking.
Investment: $150 per session
Save when you commit to a series:
3 Sessions – $400 ($50 savings)
5 Sessions – $675 ($75 savings)
10 Sessions – $1,300 ($200 savings)
Bundles must be used within 6 months of purchase.
