To start with Body Alchemy there are four requirements:

Body Alchemy's 14-Week Program is described below.
It Includes:
-An official Meet and Greet to kick start the program
-An outlined and tailored itinerary for progress points, planning, and goal setting
-12 weeks of one-on-one coaching meetings (generally 45-60 min)
-2 bonus weeks for you to travel, take a mental break, or continue your current nutrition strategy
-Daily support via text messaging or email
-Nutrition plans, meal prep strategies, recipes, etc.
-Recommended supplements and client discounts via Fullscript
-Work out programming and video instruction (if required -just ask!)
Billing: $555 monthly for 3 months, or your desired continuation with Body Alchemy.
Balancing the Brain
Initially there will be a heavy emphasis on learning through simple methods such as reading and interpreting nutrition labels, measuring and weighing portion sizes, and what Body Alchemy calls "Macro Math".
You will be introduced to the basics of food and beverage tracking using an app.
You will be provided with daily macronutrient (carbohydrats, fats, and protein) and calorie goals to increase your knowledge base of what is in your diet.
These goals are meant to provide structure and boundaries, and to encourage your independence in making decisions regarding your personal diet.
During the program, you will be provided with education materials to enhance your understanding of metabolism and pertitent nutrition facts.
Balancing the Gut
Body Alchemy's primary focus for every client is enhancing gut integrity. In other words, we will be talking about your poop (there is no such thing as TMI here), physical symptoms, and ruling out any particular foods or drinks that may be causing harm to your digestive tract.
You will be lead through a series of digestive health protocols, and will be educated on how to support a healthy digestive tract through nutrition and possible supplementation.
We will cover strategies for heart burn, GERD, constipation, bloat, diahrrea or loose stools, leaky gut syndrome, blood sugar sentivities, inflammatioin, autoimmune disease/symptoms, illness (cold and flu seaosn), ect, all through nutrition.
You will even recive tools for how to incoporate and handle your gut after consuming indulgent foods and alcohol.
Balancing Hormones
Hormones are one of the body's main messengers. Balanced hormones support an effecient metabolism, appropriate hunger cues, restful sleep, mood, muscle, and a healthy level of body fat.
Females will recieve guidance on how to navigate their diet and exercise through each phase of their mensturation cycle.
Pre or post menapausal women will be guided on how to support their changing hormones, and be instructed on how to use exercise and nutrition to maintian or build muscle.
Males will recieve guidance on how to optimize testosterone and use daily nutrition to support their physical demands and needs.
All clients will receive support on how to effectively minimize stress; the catalyst for all negative outcomes.
Balancing Life
Life is broken up into seasons. There are anticpated seasons of life, and unexpected circumstances that may alter the landscape you are currently in.
Life also includes what you do day to day. This includes work, relationships, travel, play, and your three main resouces; food, time, and money.
In this process you will inevtibly bump into resistance. Either this is your own mental block, external situation, or a health problem that needs addressed. It is very important to be honest and patient during this time.
All challenges are opportunities to learn and grow from. This is when the real change happens. When you take the approach of a student to life, the path of least resistance opens back up. You never have to force yourself through anything, but you will always have to face yourself in order to know how to overcome the present obstical.
Eating with Instinct
Conscious Eating is the goal for all those who come through Body Alchemy.
This implies that you can demonstrate enough knowledge, self-awareness, and intention towards your nutrition and physiological health in which eating is less thinking-based, and more instincutal.
There are many ways to apply and practice conscious eating, and no matter where you are on your journey, we make this the priority because it will be what sustains your progress indefinitely.
