BODY ALCHEMY PHILOSOPHY

In order to commit to this journey, you must understand these simple truths.

1. You can't skip steps. So don’t start in the middle. Sustainable results are not mastered by mindlessly following a diet plan. This is a lifestyle change, and so it starts with you.


2. All diet plans come to a dead end. Just like any plan, or set of directions, they are meant to serve a temporary purpose. You will always have to make choices. The power is in your ability to make those that best serve yourself. 


3. So you can’t skip steps…. But you can speed up the process. That’s the system Body Alchemy designed. The key is to rule out interference, understand timing, and allow for speed bumps. Remember,
change happens through awareness and acceptance.


4. “As above, so below. So below, as above” Your body has many ornate systems delivering messages throughout your entire body. These systems are responsible for maintaining balance while helping the body to function as efficiently as possible. Did you know you have to two brains? There's one in your skull and one in your belly! Your gut and your brain are what determine your health. What’s happening in your head, is manifesting in your body. And what is happening in your body, is manifesting in your head. This is your gut-brain axis. Your channel, or communication system, and the key is for you to learn its language.

FINDING YOUR BALANCE

When it comes to losing body fat, or getting in shape and keeping it that way, there is no pill you can take, no extreme exercise plan, and no exact diet. There are no cutting corners.

But…There is
magic.

This simple and practical magic is otherwise known as Alchemy. 

Alchemy is the process of transforming one element into another through nature’s laws and design.


In nature, the qualities of these elements are identified as Air, Water, Fire, and Earth.


These elements not only circulate all around us, but within us as well. They are what life is made of and made by. This includes your body.

Your body is what you experience your life through. It is a living organism, containing these natural elements and their qualities. It requires certain nutrients from its outer environment; air, food, water, and sun for life-force energy, and physical activity and rest to use this energy effectively. This includes your metabolism which is responsible for utilizing food as fuel or storing it as fat.

Your body is actually made up of many bodies; physical, emotional, mental. These bodies naturally operate in sync through a complex yet organized system of chemical processes. When one aspect of the body is out of balance, the rest of these bodies will adapt in effort to create a sense of stability. Typically though, we see this manifest as physical symptoms or ailments. 

Stability is also known as “homeostasis” and regulated by the state of your body and brain. Imagine that there are a set of balance scales on top of your head. Specific glands send and receive messages to your endocrine system to keep the scales in equilibrium. 


Over time, these scales can reset your body’s homeostasis for better or for worse. Excessive body fat, low metabolism, inflammation, fatigue, and illness are all symptoms of chronic stressors that disrupt your body’s original and natural harmony. Due to the body’s default mode to adapt to its inner and outer environment, chronic interference resets your body’s homeostasis in effort to keep you alive…but surviving is not the same as thriving.

To thrive, these balance scales need to be recalibrated to bring your body back to its natural state; harmony.

WHAT TIPS THE SCALE?

Over time, these scales can reset your body’s homeostasis for better or for worse. But don't blame your body! It's just is to keep you alive…but surviving is not the same as thriving.

  What are some causes of interference?

  1. Behavior - The patterns associated with your physical symptoms

  2. Hormones - The chemical messengers that are blocked or subdued, and ultimately unable to effectively do their job.
     
  3. The Food Industry - Is unfortunately not actually interested in your well being. In order to “cut corners” or in other words, SKIP STEPS, our food supply has been stripped of its vital nutrients, and replaced with fake, toxic, and addictive counterfeit options. Do not be fooled. The food industry are master manipulators, and most "health foods" are really just snake oil's salesmen.

  4. The Collective Perspective - The fact that healthy bodies are actually a rarity despite our world's "health initiatives", research, and medical technology really says it all. If you are reading this, you are probably tired of trying. Tired of feeling overweight, stressed, sick, and tired of being tired! Becoming healthy now feels like one more thing "to do" in a system built on production with little rest or play. So, "Down with the system!" or is just time to actually create a new one? Welcome, to being a pioneer of true health.    

THE MAGIC, NATURE'S MAGIC

Body Alchemy redefines the elements Air, Fire, Water, and Earth to help identify how to create a balanced environment for effective and sustainable weight loss (or whatever it is you may be in need of). These of course are applied to the physical body, food, rest, and exercise in effort to utilize your metabolism and reset your body to its optimal homeostasis. 


Air
is your Perception: your beliefs, understanding, and knowledge base

Water is the Motion; your physiological chemistry, hormonal rhythms, and emotional regulation

Fire is the Ignition; your energetic sources, requirements, and expenditure

Earth is your Creation; your present state of being and the physical manifestation of your past and present life dynamics.

Each element interacts with each other, and creates a synergy when balanced, but becomes inefficient (and rather chaotic) when imbalanced for sustained periods of time.

Body Alchemy optimizes each element to produce a fifth element. In traditional Alchemy, this is known as Ether or Spirit, but for our applicable purposes; we call this
Metabolic Efficiency or just Nature’s Magic.

When the metabolism performs efficiently, transformation happens effortlessly.


As if it were magic!

YOUR BODY'S MAGIC

Your body has been with you your whole life. I know that sounds obvious, but take a minute to reflect on that. You could say that your body knows you better than you know it! But do you know your body?


I believe that your body is as unique and as individual as your thumbprint. All human bodies have the same format such as skeletal and muscular structure, organs, glands, and operating systems. This is due to our cellular DNA. Cellular DNA is what connects us all, but is also what sets us apart as different genes are expressed or turned on or off through your inner and outer environment or experiences.


Physical and hormonal symptoms are how your body communicates with you. Often this language is subtle. "I should have listened to my body" is the reason why so many people find themselves in undesirable circumstances.

Listening and reading your body is a practice that takes awareness, acceptance, and patience. Most of us were not taught how during our prime age of development. When you master the skill of tuning in, you'll recognize that there is no more searching for answers to "what's wrong with my body" or finding more methods to change it. You simply let the body lead.


There is really nothing left to do.

Only just to be.

POST PROGRAM

Conscious Eating is the goal for all those who come through Body Alchemy. 

This implies that you can demonstrate enough knowledge, self-awareness, and intention towards your nutrition and physiological health in which eating is less thinking-based, and more instinctive. Even if you choose to "indulge" you do it from a place of purpose, accepting full responsibility for the natural laws of "cause and effect". Hey, food and drink are a natural part of celebration and life, and should be handled in a way that still honors your body and your life.


There are many ways to apply and practice conscious eating, and no matter where you are on your journey, we make this the priority because it will be what sustains your progress indefinitely.
